My lawyer was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly and quickly things went, going from signed contracts on May 12 to closing on June 6, with little real effort on our part; my goal of celebrating my daughter's birthday in the new place on June 19th will be met with ease! While I do not plan to need another mortgage for some time, know that you will be the first person I call when the need arises. Also, I have already strongly recommended you and your company to several people, including my sister.
